Anyone has a record jacket of this merely (US release)? If you lot have one to give away/sell, hit me up. Thank you!
At the fourth dimension, this was a pretty odd release for Panic. The band completely ditched the baroque pop dynamic of the band, something that remained through all of the last three albums despite their heavy contrasting factors, in favour for electronics, a continuation of the synth-heavy Vices & Virtues but much more leaning towards trip the light fantastic toe. But practice non fret, because Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! is a delight to listen to.
This album is just lively and as colourful as the band's hometown of Vegas. Expect out for tracks such as "Vegas Lights" with its anthemic chorus, the funky bassline in "Girls/Girls/Boys", and the underappreciated dance-pop ditty "Neckband Total." That's not to ignore tedious jams "Daughter That You Honey" and "Casual Matter" or the melancholic "Far Likewise Young to Dice." The keys, vocals and drums may exist in the forefront of it all, just there are some hit guitar moments in the aforementioned "Neckband Full" and "Nicotine," where they get abrasive, yet melodic and in-your-face up.
In that location are fifty-fifty some moments where vocalist Brendon Urie uses the vocoder, most prevalent in the opener ("This is Gospel") and closer ("The End of All Things"). While some may observe it distracting and fifty-fifty quite goofy, I personally think it doesn't restrain Urie from stealing the show.
The cons on this album accept to autumn on the second track "Miss Jackson" -- a vocal that's arguably the most popular-tinged out of the entire record that'south unfortunately brought down by a repetitive chorus and over-the-peak production -- and the fact that there'south just x songs in the regular tracklist. All of the x tracks are solid, yes, simply as some felt with the previous album it feels similar Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! ends besides before long at its 32 minute runtime. I personally wouldn't listen plumbing equipment in the Target exclusive tracks "Can't Fight Against the Youth" and "All The Boys" as standard, but whatever the case, there's no doubtfulness that this album is sure to give you a good time.
Does everyone know how many of these were pressed? Is it 1500 like Vices & Virtues?
Someone has an extra cover of this? I purchased a copy of the clear splatter one and was provided an Eu jacket along with information technology.
Searching for this copy featuring the cat no. 536640-1 and the FBI logo on the back. Hopefully someone tin assistance out.
Anyone has an extra cover of this? Information technology seems a seller provided me with just the correct record and a record jacket of the blackness EU pressing featuring the right barcode, merely a different true cat no. (7567-86836-iv instead of 536640-1). Any help is appreciated. Paying good for a good condition, hopefully someone has two.
